Perhaps the greatest honor one who has been at the Ranch can achieve, the Warm Springs Ranch Fisherman of the Year is given to the person who hooks and lands the biggest fish of the year on Ruth Lake. This year, due to the current pandemic situation, there was not alot of fishing, but our 2020 winner proved there are still big fish to catch in our lake.
This is Tracy’s fifth time to win this prestigious award. This nice doe was caught in less than 3 feet of water on a pumpkin head with sinking line. The fish was photographed by a neighbour and then promptly released. CONGRATULATIONS! TT (interesting to note that over the past 10 years, all WSR Fisherman of the Year had one thing in common, yes! you guessed it, the same guide!)
